Raising Children with Anxiety (with Natasha Daniels @ AT Parenting Podcast)
Though I don’t have a toddler, listening to Natasha Daniels, host of Anxious Toddlers Parenting (AT Parenting Podcast), is a total joy to listen to and talk with. She talks about the nitty-gritty and the things we can get a laugh out of from living with and raising a child who has anxiety.
What I enjoy most about her podcast is that she is completely FAIR. Her ideas are balanced, tempered, and positive. She leads gently and encourages listeners to simply be more tuned in. I love her approach. She makes me feel good about trying something new with my child… and I don’t feel guilty when I think, “pass.”
Fun Fact: In addition to being an adoption support social worker back in her day, Natasha is the author of Anxiety Sucks! A Teen Survival Guide. To learn more, see below. I’ve included an Amazon preview of the book.
